Privacy policy
This notice explains how the parents association processes personal data in Parents360 (website, parent portal and board administration), in line with the GDPR and Cyprus law.

What we process and why
- Membership and children details — to run the association (contract / legitimate interest).
- Parent portal account (email, password hash, login times) — to give you access.
- Subscriptions, receipts, shop/coupon/raffle orders — accounting and legal obligation.
- Messages you send to the board — to handle requests.
- Registration applications until they are approved or rejected.
- Security logs (IP, failed sign-ins, cookie consent) — to prevent abuse.
- Web push endpoint, only if you enable notifications in the browser.
Who sees the data
Board members with the relevant permission, and technical processors who host the application. Card payments, if enabled, go to the payment provider (e.g. JCC or PayPal) — we do not store full card numbers. We do not sell data or use advertising networks.
Retention
Account and membership data are kept while you are a member and as long as accounting/legal rules require (typically several years for receipts). Security logs are short-lived. Cookie consent records are kept as proof of choice.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Parents signed in to the portal can download a copy of their data and submit an erasure request. You may complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
